Manhattan
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 1/2 oz Blended Bourbon
dash Angostura bitters
2 or 3 Ice cubes
1 Maraschino cherry
1 twist of Orange peel

Mixing Iinstructions:
Combine the vermouth, whiskey, bitters and ice in a mixing glass. Stir gently, don't bruise the spirits and cloud the drink. Place the cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the cherry. Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist it over the drink to release the oils but don't drop it in.


Martini

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Vodka or Gin
1 1/2 tsp Dry Vermouth
1 twist of Lemon peel or Olive

Mixing Instructions:
Combine the vodka and vermouth in cocktail shaker with ice. shake, then immediately remove from ice into cocktail glass. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist or an olive.


Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin or Vodka
5 oz Tonic water or club soda
1 Lime wedge

Mixing Instructions:
Pour the gin and the tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge


Cuba Libre

Ingredients:
2 oz Light rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Coca-Cola

Mixing Instructions:
Pour lime juice into a highball glass over ice cubes. Add rum, fill with cola, stir, and serve.


Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
1 Cherry
1/2 slice Lemon

Mixing Instructions:
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.


Gimlet

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin or Vodka
1/2 oz Lime juice cordial (Rose's)
1 Lime wedge

Mixing Instructions:
Pour the gin and lime cordial into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime wedge.


Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Tomato juice
1 dash Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 wedge Lime

Mixing Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.


Caucasian

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka (Absolut)
1 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
Half-and-half
Ice cubes

Mixing Instructions:
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes. Add desired amount of Half-and-Half (usually 1 oz. to 3 oz.)

JP's Dank Ass Grapefruit Shot

Ingredients:
Danzka Grapefruit Vodka
Fresh Lime
Simple Syrup (two parts water to one part pure white cane sugar)

Mixing Instructions:
Have a shaker with ice ready 1) add a whole lime's juice 2) add some simple syrup, depending on how sweet you want it, but the shit is really concentrated so go slow. if you fuck up and make it too sweet you can add some more lime to cut it a little 3) add the vodka, usually three to five ounces depending on how strong you want them to be. Shake and serve.

Fill a rocks glass with ice then fill the glass with just over 1/3 with oyzo, top off with Dr. Pepper.


Bloody Beer
